1. Who we are

2. The service

Fyntegrate helps businesses keep track of contracts, subscriptions and documents, and sends reminders before deadlines. During early access the service is free, and we may add, change or remove features as we develop it.

3. For businesses only

Fyntegrate is meant for use in the course of a business or profession. By creating an account you confirm that you use it for your company and that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens with your account.

4. Your content

Everything you add remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, including any personal data of others it contains.

5. Reminders and automatic reading are aids

Fyntegrate helps you not to miss deadlines, but you remain responsible for your contracts. Deadlines are calculated from the data you enter or confirm. Reminders may arrive late or not at all, for example if an email is filtered as spam, and automatically read contract terms can be wrong. Always check important dates against the contract itself, including how notice must be given.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, missed savings, or the consequences of a missed cancellation deadline or renewal. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or EUR 100 if you didn't pay anything. This does not limit liability for intent or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Fyntegrate available and your data safe, with daily backups, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may do maintenance, preferably at quiet times.

8. Prices

The service is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. You decide then whether to continue; if you don't, you can export your data and delete your company.

9. Processing personal data on your behalf

For personal data in the content you add, we act as your processor under the GDPR. We:

• only process it on your instructions, which are these terms and your use of the service;
• make sure everyone with access is bound to confidentiality;
• take appropriate technical and organisational security measures;
• only use the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy, and tell you in advance about new ones so you can object;
• help you respond to requests from data subjects and with your other obligations where reasonable;
• inform you without undue delay of a personal data breach that affects your data;
• delete your data when you delete your company, apart from backups, which expire within 30 days.

10. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your company in the settings. We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully or that harms the service or other users. If we ever stop offering Fyntegrate, we will give you at least 30 days to export your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes are handled by the courts of [judicial district], unless the law requires otherwise.
