Never miss a cancellation deadline again.
Fyntegrate finds your company's subscriptions in a bank statement, keeps track of every contract, and reminds you before each notice period runs out and every auto-renewal kicks in. It shows you which prices went up, too. So you only pay for what you still use.
Free during early access. No credit card needed.
The problem
Contracts renew themselves. Quietly.
Leases, insurance policies, software licences and service agreements often renew automatically unless you cancel in time. The notice period is buried in a PDF, and the deadline passes before anyone notices.
The result: another year of a lease you wanted to renegotiate, or a subscription nobody uses anymore. Fyntegrate puts every deadline in one place and tells the right person in time.
Start in two minutes
Upload a bank statement. Find every subscription.
Export the last year of your business account or card as a CSV and drop it in. Fyntegrate spots the payments that come back every month, quarter or year, and suggests them as subscriptions, including the ones nobody remembered signing up for.
- Works with the CSV export of most banks and cards, in English, Dutch, French or German.
- Flags price increases and subscriptions you already track.
- Your statement isn't stored: it's read once, and nothing is added until you choose.
Price changes
See every price that went up. And down.
Software and services get more expensive a little at a time, and nobody notices until the yearly total. Fyntegrate keeps the history of every price, and shows what each change costs or saves you per year.
- Upload a new bank statement now and then: we compare the latest payments with what you track, and you update the price in one click.
- Increases and decreases over the last 12 months, with the net effect per year.
- Changes of the past week are in the Monday overview email.
Features
Everything that ends, renews or expires, in one view.
Reminders before every deadline
An email when the cancellation deadline gets close, and a final reminder in the last week. Post them to Slack or Microsoft Teams too.
Upload a PDF, get the dates
Drop in the signed contract and Fyntegrate reads the end date, notice period, renewal terms and price. You check them before saving.
Ways to save
Spots tools that do the same job, subscriptions you track twice and prices that went up this year, with what each one costs you.
The signed contract at hand
Attach the PDF to each contract, so the terms are one click away when a deadline comes up.
Decide as a team
Keep, renegotiate or cancel: record the decision and a note on each deadline, so everyone knows where it stands and who decided.
Deadlines in your calendar
A private calendar link puts every cancellation deadline and renewal in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Know what you spend each month
Subscriptions and contract costs add up to one monthly total, split by category. Other currencies are shown separately, never converted with a guessed rate.
An owner for every contract
Give each contract an owner. Reminders go to that person, and the activity log shows who did what.
Invite your team with one link
Type a colleague's email address. They get a link, choose a password and land straight in your company.
Send yourself a test reminder
See exactly what a reminder looks like, and make sure it reaches your inbox instead of the spam folder.
Try it with sample data
Not ready to add your own contracts? Fill the app with a sample company first, and remove it with one click.
A weekly overview
Every Monday, what needs attention in the next 30 days. No email when there's nothing to do.
How it works
Set up in minutes. Reminded for years.
-
1
Add your contracts and subscriptions
Upload a bank statement and contract PDFs, import a spreadsheet, or type in the end date and notice period.
-
2
Get reminded in time
Fyntegrate works out the cancellation deadline and tells the owner before it passes, by email, in Slack or Teams, and in your calendar.
-
3
Decide, and act on it
Record whether you keep, renegotiate or cancel, so the whole team knows where it stands. Contracts that renew automatically move to their new end date by themselves.

Who is Fyntegrate for?
For companies that have more contracts and subscriptions than anyone can remember: from freelancers and small teams to growing companies. Fyntegrate is built for business use.
Do you store my bank statement?
No. The file is read once to find recurring payments, and only the suggestions are shown to you. Nothing is saved until you choose which subscriptions to add, and the statement itself is never kept.
Which banks does the statement import work with?
Any bank or card that lets you export transactions as a CSV file, which is almost all of them. Fyntegrate recognises the date, amount and description columns by itself, in English, Dutch, French or German. Twelve months of transactions works best, so yearly renewals show up too.
Does it work with Slack, Teams and my calendar?
Yes. Connect a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel to get every reminder there, and add a private calendar link to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to see all deadlines next to your meetings.
How are the cancellation deadlines calculated?
From the end date and the notice period in days you enter (or that Fyntegrate reads from the PDF). Always check the terms of your contract: some require notice by registered letter or count the period differently.
What happens to the PDFs I upload?
They are stored with the contract so they're always at hand. When you use automatic reading, the file is sent once to our AI provider to extract the terms; it is not used to train models. See our privacy policy.
Can I try it without entering my own contracts?
Yes. After signing up, choose "Try with sample data": the app fills up with a sample company, its deadlines and a few price changes. Sample data never sends reminders, and you remove it with one click.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Enter a colleague's email address on the Team page: they get a link to join, and choose their own password. Each contract can have an owner who gets its reminders.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. Export everything as a ZIP file from the settings page, and delete your company there whenever you want.
